Service

Courier Bot is an app for the Poster POS system that sends orders to couriers in Telegram and shows courier locations on a map. The service is provided by subscription for each location separately.

How and when the service is provided

• The app is installed from the Poster marketplace into your Poster account.
• After installation there is a free 7-day trial period.
• After that, access is provided under a paid subscription for the selected period — from 1 to 12 months.
• Access is activated automatically right after a successful payment and lasts until the end of the paid period.

Price

The price starts from 500 UAH per month per location. The exact amount depends on the number of locations and the period length and is shown in the app before payment. Prices are in Ukrainian hryvnia.

Payment methods

• Visa and Mastercard bank cards.
• Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Payments are accepted via the WayForPay payment service. Card data is processed by WayForPay; Courier Bot does not receive or store it.

Automatic payments

Automatic payments are enabled only with your consent during payment. When the paid period ends, the price of the next period is charged automatically from the card used for payment. You can disable automatic payments at any time in the app settings in Poster.

Delivery

Courier Bot is a digital service; there is no physical delivery. Access is provided online in your Poster account right after payment.
